Investment

You’ll find links under the SESSION INFO button detailing the Creative Fees and what is included for each type of session. I realize that most people have a budget and want to know the price from the get go. Believe me, I am the same way. I find it’s easiest to navigate and digest by looking for the exact type of session you need.

There are several things that pertain to all of my sessions though:

CREATIVE FEES AND DIGITAL FILES

Since every type of session is different and requires varying amounts of preparation and execution, each session type has it’s own Creative Fee. The Creative Fee includes consultations by phone or in person prior to the session, my time during the session and the hand crafting of each final image after the session. All of my sessions now include all final images provided as digital files.

PLANNING

I like to speak with all potential clients to get a real feel for what you want to capture during your session. I will have lots of questions for you regarding location, clothing, session styling, and whether you have any particular print requirements. I many times have clients who come to me with images from older children who would like to have something “similar” captured of a recent addition or their next soon-to-be graduate. It’s great to know this ahead of time so that we can create something that will artistically augment the artwork you already have and love.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Creative Fees are required to be paid at the time of booking to hold your date and time and are non-refundable. Tax is not reflected in the Creative Fees. I understand that sometimes life and weather get in the way of our best laid plans and am therefore reasonable about rescheduling dates when necessary. I gladly accept cash or checks for payment. Credit cards are accepted as well with a 2% processing fee.

ORDERS

I do not have minimum purchase requirements. I like to give each client the freedom to customize their order to their personal / gift needs. I absolutely urge all of my clients to order prints and artwork through me as I use only the best print labs to ensure the highest quality in the art you put on your walls. You have chosen to have professional portraits taken so you should have your images and artwork printed professionally too. In the end however, what is most important is that you get your portraits up in your home and in the hands of your loved ones to enjoy everyday. If you prefer to print images yourself, I can suggest some companies that will provide good quality prints.
