I love capturing portraits of soon-to-be graduates. They are on the cusp of big life changes, full of hope and hold so much potential. I love talking with them and marking this transition. I travelled to College Station, TX to help Lucy create portraits that she can look back on and be transported back to that time and those feelings. We took pictures at some of the iconic spots around campus. It helped that we met midweek as the weekends can be seriously crowded as graduation approaches. We started at the Jack K Williams Administration Building with its grand steps and beautiful hallway of columns and ended up at Gruy Fountain outside of the famous Kyle Field. We had to get some shots of Lucy flashing the Gig ’em thumbs up with the stadium’s A&M sign in the background. Lucy ended the session popping some champagne in the fountain’s spray. Fantastic ending for her session and the start of her graduation celebrations!
